Gorgeous hotel, amazingly nice staff and excellent food. Beautifully designed rooms where the kettle was n't working properly! Paid £ 79. Absolutely perfect and excellent location close to beach and town centre, good public transport links and plenty shops and cafes nearby and an excellent bus service into Edinburgh, could not be better. Also, within walking distance of several restaurants.

Exceptional low budget place with perfect location near several restaurants, good public transport links up-and-down east coast, and The Brunton Theatre. Fantastic customer care, parking on-site. Everything lovely.

Great choice for trip. Wonderful small hotel in a very nice area close to the beach and seafront, Edinburgh with regular buses and a bus stop. A wide array of food at the freshly cooked breakfast. Free parking onsite provided. Good location at a moderate distance from Tea Room.

Stay here and enjoy your Musselburgh trip. We think its a useful base for staying in Musselburgh. It has perfect central location to the horse racing. There's The Hollies Day Cafe not too far from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

The breakfast was fresh with yogurt and cereal fruit, for example, had everything you could want. The room was extremely pleasant & huge, and the bathrooms were really good. Moreover, a bus stop was nearby the hotel.

Everyone who worked there was lovely friendly. The location was good, within walking distance of Tea Room. The hotel itself was in a very nice area, adjacent to public transport, the beach and bus stop right outside and the restaurant for the evening meal.
Some of the staff were not so great.
